Nestled in the heart of the cultural Ouseburn creative quarter, Polestar Studios is surrounded by fantastic street food, quality pubs & bars and live music venues!

Polestar traces its roots back to 1990, when the facility was created as a rehearsal space by punk-era icon Pauline Murray. The studio later evolved into a full-fledged recording facility, and today Alex carries forward its legacy as producer/engineer.

Running Pro Tools Studio alongside a classic Trident Series 75 Mixing Console and a selection of monitors from Adams, Yamaha and Auratone, a large studio window gives a perfect view of everything that is happening in the light and spacious live room, while individual headphone monitoring allows everyone to hear exactly what they need to hear.
